How do I book an appointment?
You can book appointments via my website at www.shawnycuts.com or via the link in my bio & a confirmation email will be sent to confirm your appointment.
How do I cancel/reschedule an appointment?
Appointments can be cancelled and rescheduled via the confirmation email sent to yourself (please check your junk & spam folders if unable to locate confirmation email).
What is your cancellation policy?
If your appointment is cancelled on the day, you will incur a 50% cancellation fee for the service booked. If you cancel within 3 hours prior to your appointment, the full price of the service booked will be charged. If you cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment there is no cancellation fee applicable. If a cancellation fee is incurred this will need to paid in full before your next appointment. Appointments can be cancelled and rescheduled via the confirmation email sent to yourself (please check your junk & spam folders, if unable to locate confirmation email).
What will happen if I forget to cancel an appointment and didn't show up?
You will be charged full price for the service booked, which will need to be paid in full before your next appointment. If this situation occurs again you will be removed from our booking system.
Where is the location of Shawny Cuts Studios?
The location of Shawny Cuts Studios will be sent in the confirmation email with instructions. We can be found at the blue wooden door labelled "Shawny Cuts" next to the white Garage. More instructions can be found on our website at www.shawnycuts.com. What is the closest transport links to Shawny Cuts Studios? The closest train station is Stanmore Station which is approx 1.5 miles away (7 min drive). The closest bus stops to Shawny Cuts Studios is Chenduit Way, where the 340 & H12 buses pass which is approx 0.3 miles away (5 min walk).
Is there parking?
Yes there is free parking however please do not park on the driveway or block driveways for local residents.
Is there toilet facilities?
Unfortunately not.
I want to book an out of hours appointment that isnt available on the booking system?
That would suggest I am fully booked however you can contact me on our website at www.shawnycuts.com, via DM on instagram or via email for a quote to book an after hours appointment if I am available.
What shall I do if im running late for my appointment?
You must contact us prior to your appointment and advise that you are running late - please note if you are more than 15 minutes late, you will need to cancel and reschedule your appointment to which you will incur a fee.
How do I book multiple appointments?
Each appointment must be booked individually and you must select a suitable time for the clients that wish to attend together.
How do I book a mobile appointment?
You can book mobile appointments via our website at www.Shawnycuts.com or via the link in my instagram bio however if a mobile appointment is more than a 5 mile radius from Harrow you would need to contact me to book via email or via our website at www.shawnycuts.com or via DM on instagram for a quote.
How do I book for a video shoot/ wedding etc?
Please contact me via email or via our website at www.shawnycuts.com or via DM on instagram for a quote. How can I pay? All clients must pay immediately after their treatment/service and can make payment in cash or via a card/contactless payment.
